Below, We have detailed out some of the most common questions from before and during consultations. If there is anything you would like more information on, or you have any questions or hesitations, Valley Sculpting is happy to take your text, calls or emails to help you get more familiar with the process so you are comfortable and know what to expect your your custom treatment.
Ultrasonic cavitation is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses ultrasonic waves to break down fat cells and promote inch loss and body contouring. Reducing localized fat deposits, especially in areas like the abdomen, thighs, hips, and buttocks. The procedure aims to achieve these results without surgery or downtime. A handheld device emits high-frequency ultrasonic waves that penetrate the skin and create micro-bubbles within the fat cells. These micro-bubbles undergo expansion and contr
The fat cells that are broken down during ultrasonic cavitation are metabolized and eliminated by the body's lymphatic system and natural metabolic processes. This can lead to a reduction in fat volume in the treated area.
However, it's important to understand that the long-term success of maintaining the results depends on YOU.
There are 4 main things to consider when asking this question:
1. Hydration
2. Lifestyle
3. Maintenance
4. Expectations
We'll go over these during your consultation.
To achieve the best and safest results for your body, we follow the rule of no more than 30 minutes of Ultrasonic Cavitation every 72 hours. Those 30 minutes however, can be split between opposite sides of the body. This is why we recommend doing one small area at a time and if you are doing a treatment that needs a split time treatment (arms, legs, tummy AND sides), it is best to wait 72+ hours between contouring or vacuum therapy sessions.
Our treatment packages start at 4 treatments. The number of sessions you will need, depends on many factors. The size of the treatment area, individual goals and expectations, current health status, water intake, smoking & drinking habits. We can discuss these details during your consultation, and provide a tailored treatment plan. We may even suggest combination therapies for more effective results.
Ultrasonic cavitation and CoolSculpting are both non-invasive body contouring procedures, but they work through different mechanisms and offer varying benefits and limitations.
CoolSculpting is more appropriate for smaller, more concentrated areas of fat and often requires fewer sessions. However, the results take weeks to months to manifest and there may be some pain and discomfort associated with the process. Its also much more expensive than cavitation procedures.
